Please arrive on time for your services.
No Call/ No Show Policy: Please notify within 4-24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. Without proper notification to EBC Wellness will result in a loss of your scheduled post-op or body contour session. You may reclaim your appointment with a $75.00 re-booking fee. Communication is very important to us, and there is an expectation for the clients to complete their sessions within a timely fashion. If you stop sessions abruptly and there is no communication for 14 days or more your package is no longer viable. You will have to purchase a new package of sessions or individual sessions. There are no refunds and services are non-transferable.
